We are excited - and, a bit nervous - to announce that after 26 years in the same location we are moving our office! We have loved being in Franklin Square, but it’s time to leave the comfort of a lease and venture out on our own.

We purchased and are renovating a small office building in Lenoir City, right across the street from the Sonic on Broadway. We realize that some of you will be very happy about our new location; some of you - not so much. While Lenoir City will be more convenient for those of you west and south of Knoxville it may put us beyond the comfort zone for those of you north and east of Knoxville. Don’t despair! We’ve made arrangements with business friends in Knoxville to use their conference rooms on those occasions when we need to keep your drive short. And, we’ll still make home visits and hospital/facility visits for those of you who are unable to travel to an appointment.

• Telephone numbers, fax number, email addresses and our website address will all remain the same.
• We will be open for business in Lenoir City on Monday, July 23 at 8:30 a.m. Until then we expect little interruption in service at our current location.
• We have posted pictures of the renovations which we will update as construction continues.
• Come visit us in our new office and see how - given the opportunity - we have been able to create an environment that is very senior friendly!

A Quick Note About Directions

You may notice our Google Map directions list our address for your final destination as 112 Cherry St. rather than 1001 E. Broadway. This is simply letting you know that visitors to our offices will need to turn onto Cherry St. in order to enter our parking lot. Our new building is immediately visible from E. Broadway. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.
